Here are the basic steps.
- Step 1: Quote
Using the form on this page you provide us information about your camera and the problem you are experiencing. We respond with an estimate including a range of labor rates and prices for any required parts. With this information you decide if you wish to send the camera in for a free estimate.
- Step 2: Estimate
We receive the camera and log it into our repair system. One of our expert technicians evaluates the unit and provides a more precise estimate of the labor and parts required to restore it to good working order.
- Step 3: Approval
Our repair department contacts you with the details of the estimate. If you determine the repair is economical, you provide your authorization to begin the work. We collect a $60 non-refundable repair deposit before servicing your camera.
- Step 4: Repair
Our expert technicians perform the required work on your camera. Parts (if required) are ordered, received, and installed. From time to time additional problems are found which were not discovered during the initial free evaluation. In this situation the process returns to step 2 for re-estimate.
